Form was missing: 'ORDERCART'

I'm getting this error message. Ive tried 4-5 times, it takes me all the way through the process then displays this message at the end. What does it mean and how do I fix the problem?

BTW, I have already deleted the upper and lower filters using regedit.

Sounds like a SNAFU on their end. Your order may have still gone through. Can you tell if MJ has charged your credit card yet?

You could contact MJ support and have them check your order.

I did the chat with customer support, they couldn't fix the problem. They said they'd have their engineering group e-mail me instructions, but I haven't received them yet.
