Calls to 570-224-xxxx exchange fail

Starting on 24Oct or a few days earlier calls to the 570-224-xxxx exchange fail. I get 3 brief busy tones then silence. This occurs to apparently all numbers in the 224 exchange since I also called at least 30 different numbers (at random from the phone book).

I called MJ tech support with the normal respone (unplug, replug, reboot the system, change computer settings, etc.) and talked to both a front-end and back-end tech support representative. I was finally told that “this problem has already been passed on to the engineers and they are working on resolving it”.

Is this a problem that ever gets resolved (it has occurred before in this area code and other exchanges)? Are they just giving the normal “script” answers?

BTW, I am in the 949-770-xxxx exchange. Can anyone else get to this exchange?

Nahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. As I have cut down. I could have said more as I mean this has ONLY been discussed here a "few" times... BUT I was nice.. Of course others may disagree...
