They are still posting on their web site that it will be available November 1, 2010 for a "nominal" fee. So any day now. I, however, wouldn't bet a flattened penny on it.

You can port OUT to another provider.
We are still waiting for the option to port IN to MJ.
Enjoys a daily VOIP cocktail made from:
-One shot Magic Jack
-One shot TK6000
-One shot NetTalk Duo
-Two shots Ooma (it's bigger)

Yea, I mis-read that. I vaguely remember someone saying there was an issue with cell providers or certain cell providers, but don't quote me on it. I'm sure it's buried in here somewhere.
