No Long Distance Incoming calls again!

Last week our Magic Jack phone stopped receiving incoming calls. Our callers heard a recorded message stating their carrier was "incorrectly routing the call as a local call". They were told to call a Magic Jack number 305-848-8288 and then dial our number. Then a few days later (Wednesday 11/17) it started working again. But yesterday (Friday 11/19) it stopped working again. Now our callers don't even get the recorded message, just that annoying tone and that the number isn't working. What is going on Magic Jack? It's not our carriers -it's you!
