Nettalk duo setup today and no bad

I set it up and first call i could hear them but they could not hear me. I disconnected my Modem and router for a moment and same crap. I disconnected again and bingo, working fine.
It's my sisters birthday and what a good time to call and check the Duo. I dialed and after many rings she answered. I said hello it's me tom and no answer from her. I thought what a piece of crap. I said hello again and finally she answered me. "sorry tom, i was crying. I asked, what happened. Well she had a argument with her hubby. I mean of all the times, i thought it was the Duo poor sound quality. Anyway i made a few more calls and all is fine. I called my bank and punched in my codes with no problem too. Sound is loud and clear. Hope this keeps up and i'm happy.
