I have a Wyse 9450XE for sale. It has 550Mhz. CPU, 512Mb. RAM, and 512mb. Flash. It has WinXPe and is preloaded and configured with and is ready for MagicJack. Just plug-in magicjack and your ready to go. I have pre-tweaked Windows and MagicJack runs great on it. I have used this unit with my magic jack for the past 7 months and it has been flawless but needed a bigger system to do other things as well as MJ so I moved the dongle to the server and don't need this any more. Price is $65 shipped. If using PayPal I can only ship to a confirmed address. I can also set up a ebay listing if you want to go that route.
