Can't dial calls using telephone handset with Magicjack

I just purchased a HP5710 thin client and upgraded the RAM to 512 and the harddrive to a 1GB. I have installed XPe and got it up and running thanks to this forum, but I have one issue I can't figure out. Magicjack is running on the thin client perfectly and recieves calls without a hitch. I can also use a keyboard and type my number to dial out in the software client, but I cannot use my handset to make calls. The phone dials but the numbers never seem to "reach" the software client.

Any ideas?

Turns out the reason this is happening is I can't select telephone in the magicjack softphone... still can't fix it but I know why its happening

Thanks for your help. I had been searching for those drivers. After installing them it works great.
