voice mail spontaneously reset.
Today, my voice mail was reset once again, messages lost. I had to set up the mail box again. I can live with the occasional low quality of connection, caused mainly by our supremely expensive and supremely miserable ATT DSL, but this sucks. Another reminder that MJ is not really suitable for any important personal or business use, and realy just a secondary line.

It is possible it was lost because MJ did a "Lucky You" update today. Maybe they also updated some servers, including it's mail..cell14 wrote:Today, my voice mail was reset once again, messages lost. Deleted Voicemail Messages
Same here. I lost all my contacts too a while back. Then today the 18th of December, lost all my saved voicemails. I asked if this happened to anyone else. They said "no", then asked "if I was SURE I had voicemail setup." Hmm, had magicjack for a year... what do YOU think?
Magicjack needs to make a note on their website "Do NOT store important or critical phone numbers on MajicJack and do NOT store important voicemail messages, as our system is unstable. In the UNLIKLEY event that this happens, don't worry, we will refund your money..."
But no part of this will happen will it?
If anyone else has had this happen to them, please post. We have to know! I'm almost tempted to paste the conversation I had with the LiveChat. Snakes...
But, that won't happen either, I think. Call me chicken, but I don't want my international prepaid balance to dissapear also... "Oh, sorry Sir, are you SURE you had international minutes? We have no record of..."
