Can Win7 system sounds be muted during MJ calls?
Is it possible to have system sounds go mute upon dialing or answering MagicJack calls. There is a selection to do this in "Playback devices" settings. It doesn't seem to effect MagicJack calls, but works perfectly when using Google Mail/Voice/Chat to make calls. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I know on XP in the lower right tray there is a speaker icon when clicked once will bring up the volume control, there is a box labled mute there one can check to achieve what you want. I am not sure in Win 7 but on XP that icon is enabled by going into control panel, then sounds and audio devices. On the main screen there is a box to check to "place volume icon in taskbar" Again not sure where in Win 7 this might be but one would "assume" it should be close to XP. Then again with Microsoft God only knows where they hid itPadzu wrote:Is it possible to have system sounds go mute upon dialing or answering MagicJack calls.
