netTalk Duo Giving FREE Express Shipping for Holidays

Being that netTalk Duo is giving FREE express shipping so people will get there device b4 the holidays then if netTalk is READING this " WHICH THEY ARE" Hello you know me :!: , I would like to say that there is a few people i know with defects units that HAVE NOT received there replacement units in NEAR 3 weeks or more. If netTalk is good enough to offer this for the holidays IMO it would be nice to replace the defect units to people A.S.A.P just like your doing now to DRUM up more business. If for some reason netTalk does'nt i think it's not a nice way of doing business as some of these people were testing units b4 giving them as a gift I.E. Pre-Register. To wait 3 weeks to a month for a replacement is INSANE. Take this as a friendly holiday greeting as it is a good business practice and i DO UNDERSATND you can't do anything UNTIL you receive the defective unit back FIRST. One last note if you have a customers CC number you can hold a balance while cross shipping occurs and then re-release the funds works wonders that even MJ used that approach, Season Greeting netTalk :!: " Think About It Changing Ways Works Wonders" and wonders leads to business. A good product with lousy defect return under warranty etc is NOT in netTalks best interest just like MJ's Tech support is'nt worth a SHIT that 99% of fourm users know more then there techs :lol:

Just a word of wisdom, I had two ppl i know call NT and say hey its been weeks with no replacement and they more or less said well you'll have it in a week or so when there shipping to make $ to new customers ASAP. I had both of them get a refund because they don't need no rude netTalk BS. Now post away there SIP info as engineers are engineers, Good Luck nt, BTW there SIP BS is the same. Get your ATA's out and have fun!. Thing is not to much fun to be had there anyway!. Without your support to your customers your product is shit and it seems like netTalk is going sales wild " LIKE ANOTHER MJ "

that's too much. Come on Nettalk, get on the ball. People with defective product should come first. This kind of buzz can hurt badly.

So far all my convos with CS have bben great ... even got a call (yes I said call) w/a USB problem that they tried to solve it for me ...

I think the person who called about the delay could have been rude first ... that is no excuse but we do cause a lot a problems for ourselfs ...

I don't go to the NT forums anymore and maybe have 5 posts there maybe, The site is'nt known for any professional info or hacking of any kind. It's what i call there support site for there device, I don't need there support they need me or i would have not been called multi times at home. It's a different league there like there forums are Elementary School BS and here it's 4th yr college course, Plus there support is'nt made out to be all that it's similar to MJ by sending a TICKET " Which is a Form Of A PM" and at least the dim wits at MJ at least type but YES netTalk has live support which is'nt anyone with any real degree or anything it's someone paid like a few bucks a hour 20-30 yrs old. But besides that MJ still kills NT in customer service when it comes to replacing a device :!: Wait weeks or over a month for a replacement BUT sell the POS and ship them out exprss shows there $ hungry, There hunger killed them in a way with alot of important people. And no my netTalk works fine for a ,99 cent device imported from china. Thank god im into it for a Big $9.95 as i have /own most of the top companies hardware. ATA beats them all unless you get into HD Telephone which ppl think they can do with some cordless HD phones but HD audio can not transfer wireless on those ffrequencys so your not 100% hi def your whats called half ass'd hi def. And when it comes to a standard ATA look what the 3 letters mean answers question to that ( Analog }
