Well nail gunner congratulations on not having 1 of the many issues others have with other services.

Your comments may be true for you but may not be for everyone else. Especially after reading the countless forums posts on here.

Also since you are paying 20.00 a year I am guessing you are still using MJ and not Net talk duo.

As the first year is 69.95 and each year after is 29.95 according to their site.

You asked, so I thought I would answer. And not MAY be true, ARE true.

I would not be hanging out in a MJ forum if I used NetTalk. Or is your service only available to those unhappy with NetTalk?

The service is available to who ever wants it.

I even offer free service to users who don't mind the ads. I targeted net talk in this promotion as a majority off the die hard mj users that had ATA devices / asterisk / pap and so on have moved off MK and to net talk. Those still using mj are pretty much the thin clients and those that like the jack to be plugged in.

genxweb, should I (do I need to) quickly open a free account now - even though I plan on buying a residential plan - so I can take advantage of your holiday specials? :?:

You don't have to have a free account to upgrade to a residential plan. The free accounts are taking about 3 to 5 days to get added to the system due to the amount of requests we are getting.

The deal is for the current members to try to get some to move up to the paid service and start freeing some space on the free servers before I have to shut down free accounts again till space opens.

Ok so the last few days I been runnign a ad on the free service for a killer deal. Those who have not signed up for free service missed out and those that did not take advantage of the killer deal missed out.

But don't worry I will open he deal to the general public on Christmas day and I can assure you if you don't jump on it then you will be sad.

For the next few days to wrap up till xmas we are making the yearly fee only $75 dollars for the residential and dropping the Business rate to 20.00 a month. Hardware is still $45.00

Xmas day there will be a killer deal to the first 10 lucky people.

SWEET DEAL! If I did not already have too many VoIP services I would be all over this. Who knows maybe I will still go for it at $25 for a year BYOD.

VaHam

Have you tweaked your ATA or are you using the standard provisioning. Just curious sometimes I can play too much and mess up a good thing. Neat thing with this system is we can always turn on provisioning and restore to original configuration.

Merry Christmas

Van runs a asterisk box with my system to the best of my knowledge. With asterisk hooked to me the stuff you can do is endless.
