can't hear caller audio, can call out, everything works. tech support is a joke!!

What have you tried? In the MJ options, what is showing for the audio devices? Are you using a phone handset or a headset connected to the telephone? Lots of variables, so need some more details, especially on what you've tried.

Also virtually every MJ problem has been discussed in this forum so try searching on some key words such as "no audio" and "hear caller"

i have tried a lot of things that being one of them. i have about 3 hours of 'so called' tech support. way to much information to try to post here. I was hoping someone may have had the same issue and knew the fix.

Some things to try. Don't use the cheap extension cable that came with your MJ. Use a usb port on the back of your computer. If you can try another computer and see if the problem persists. Connect your computer directly to your modem bypassing your router to see if it may be a router issue. Try using google and put magicjacksupport forum at the end of the search. The search function here brings a ton of crazy returns and another forum member recommended this approach. Hopefully one of these suggestions will help.
