There customer service is excellant!!!! I signed up for there service, got a pap2 (not from them) and because I am a techno dummy had trouble setting it up. We exchanged a several of pm's and sent in a trouble ticket and genexweb was right there to help. He helped me set it up and even took the time to get on my system through teamviewer to see what I had done wrong! The long and short of it is...He got me up and running, something I could not do, and the service is good. If he takes care of all his customers in this fashion, and I'm sure he does, I wonder how many hours he puts in a day.
If you guys are truly looking for a MagicJack alternative, you really should give this guy a chance!
