MJ not receiving phone calls from Verizone Wireless
Hello all, installed my Magicjack last night. I am able to place calls, but when I attempt to call my MJ number from my Verizon cell phone, I get a rapid busy signal. Same thing with my husbands cell phone, which is also Verizon. I had my sister call me from her landline and the call came through just fine. I assume this is an issue with Verizon, what should I tell them when I contact them about this?

It is possible since it is a new MJ with a new # Verizion is unaware of it. This "usually" clears up on it's own but can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.
