I've had the same password for 3 years and all of a sudden I get the "login is incorrect" message when I try to check my messages. How do I reset the password?

Try using 1 2 3 4 for your password..
If that doesnt work then contact MJ online chat support and ask them to reset your mailbox. Then you will have to record a new outgoing message and your password will be reset to 1 2 3 4. So best just try 1 2 3 4 first and see.

it worked, thanks. I was able to change it from 1234 back to my password. don't understand why it went back to the default one. I guess it's their way of clearing out the people who aren't using voicemail
