MJ connection problem. Please connect....click here....error

Hi,
Newbie here, please be gentle. I been using my MJ for about 10 months now. Last used it in late January of this year when I was on travel. Plugged it in today to use, and the MJ loads, glows blue, but in the dialpad window, i get an alert that states "please connect to the internet and double click here [error 3]. The window cycles back and forth between this alert and 'signing in'. I went to the MJ help page and saw the notification regarding this error. My Norton firewall for MJ is set to 'allow'. For the past 8 hours, I have been unable to connect to live chat help. The web page won't open. Do you think that live chat is swamped or something? Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm deployed overseas, and the MJ is my family lifeline. Thanks!

Try shutting everything down that is running on your computer that you have MJ on. norton, and anything that is running in the background, then turn them back on one at a time and see if you can find the one that is effecting MJ.
