I'm getting a Server Error when I go to Contacts, but I'm still able to make calls. I just noticed it about 10 minutes ago.
Here's the message I get when I click Refresh:
502. That’s an error.
The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request.
Please try again in 30 seconds. That’s all we know.

Just checked mine and everything is working for me on my GV page and service. Must be limited to some users. I have had the contacts problem that Darkman90808 mentioned once in the past, reported it to Google, but it later started working again on its own. Most likely will be working soon for you guys.
