Dropped Conference Calls - Magic Jack

Sometimes, usually when I need it, I either cannot access the conference call line at all, or when in it my caller(s) get dropped. Is it something I'm doing? Anybody else having the prob?

BTW, I tried to search this site with "conference call dropped" and variations and got all sorts of returns -none of which pertained.

Are you referring to an MJ hosted conference call?
Don't think you'll find many users here. You may have to subject yourself to the drones at the MJ live chat support. Be specific you're calling about a problem on their conf line and maybe you will get passed to someone who knows the subject.
