When I have my handset plugged in and configured to be used, I am able to pick up the phone, receive a dial tone, place a call, and it rings and connects.
However, after the call connects, the other party can hear me just fine but I can't hear them.
If I switch to using a headset(i.e. the PC speakers) then the audio works fine.
I've already forwarded ports 5060 and 5070. However, I don't think port forwarding is an issue, given the fact that the audio works when using the PC speaker.

What kind of phone are you using? Has it ever worked? Have you tried another phone? Have you tried a corded phone? People have had varied results with different types of cordless phones but typically a plain-jane corded phone usually works. Often a cordless phone that doesn't work can be swapped out with a different brand/model that does work. Search this forum for info about phones that work or don't work.Zamrod wrote:When I have my handset plugged in and configured to be used, I am able to pick up the phone, receive a dial tone, place a call, and it rings and connects.

I am having the same problem, however, my TigerJet features are not available. The Mute checkbox is grayed-out. Further, I am trying to use my headset with my Googlevoice. But, tried to use straight from MJ's phone panel. I can hear the caller, but the caller can not hear me.Zamrod wrote:Found the problem. TigerJet handset device was muted in Windows.
Any helps would be appreciated.
I have the same problem but only occasionally. When MJ starts up it works fine but at some unknown point it happens randomly (sometimes in the middle of a call).
I am using MJ under its own Win7 profile. The only way I can get the audio back is to switch to that profile and restart MJ.
The phone will still ring and answer but I never know if I will be able to hear the other party or not.
