You cant understand them when you open the email with the attached wav file? Or when you call your MJ# and listen to your VM that way? If it is the latter contact MJ online support and have them reset your VM. You will have to make a new out going message and your PW will go back to the default 1 2 3 4. If it is the former I would say one of your audio settings are messed up. Try reloading your audio drivers or see if there are update ones on the mfg of your audio card's web page.. Or the program you use to play wav files is out of whack and one of its settings is either wrong or messed up.

The problem occurs when I open the .wav file. I'll check out my .wav player and see what I can find, Thanks.

Download and try VLC Media Player, its free and open source and will play most anything. If it plays OK with VLC might have a bad codec in your main player.

Thanks for the reply. I am using VLC so switched .wmv to open with Media Player and am waiting for a voicemail to give it a try.
