Just bought magicjack and it seems to disconnect periodically after 1 or sometimes 4 minutes without warning. I cannot seem to keep a conversation going. Anyone have any suggestions. windows 7 i think and a new magicjack purchashed last week. Please advise.

There are a number of things that could be going wrong. There are a couple of suggestions in there. There is also some standard advice to not use the USB extension cord MJ gives you and plug MJ into a rear USB port. There can be problems with routers, so if you use one, try MJ without it, and some modems don't work well with MJ. If you have another computer or can test MJ on a friends computer, you should try that to eliminate having a bad MJ device.
