Magic jack Problem??

I just brought a magicjack yesterday and sense then my laptop has been shutting down at random times for no reason. I will be doing something and it just shuts off for no reason. My battery is full. I took the magicjack to see if it was just my laptop and it never shut down after i took the magicjack out. any idea whats going on

1) Based on a careful analysis of your post, it seems that you should never plug a MagicJack into your computer if you wish to avoid this problem
(or)
2) Try plugging this MagicJack into a different computer and see if you have same results.

Inspecting the results of the above scenario should confirm there is either
(a) problem with your laptop

(or)

(b) problem with your MagicJack

The department refuses to make any other assertions aside from what we have specified above.

Cannot be sure this is your problem, but automatic shut downs occur when temperature gets to high.

Laptops tend to run very high in heat.

Try a cool air conditioned area.
