It's here and it's real.
I received my MagicJack Plus on Saturday August 6.
The MagicJack Plus was intact and the contents of the package seems to be complete and seems to be in working order.
The setup and registration was very easy. Comparable to net talk.
I haven't had a chance to test the call quality, yet. It might be a few days before I get around to testing the call quality. I'm interested in how the performance compares to net talk, which I also have.

Congratulations. You must have been nervous if it would actually show up or not.
Maybe we have seen our last post about it being vaporware.
I would also be interested in what ends up being your final cost, if they make changes to the final charge on your credit/debit card, if you don't mind sharing the info.

I have a netTALK DUO and the call quality is great! I dont have to worry about all the little "tricks" magic jack plays you with ( blocking area codes, incoming call issues, no live support) etc.
Also the magic jack plus is a new product, who knows how many bugs/issue the device is going to have with differnt routers.

PoorMans receipt from MJ that he posted on another thread was all over the map. It showed $49.95 for the device and a $60.68 total which is why we are curious what he finds as the final charge after it hits his CC.scotty200 wrote:@ Ctbear
$69.95 that with the MJP and one year of service
$ 29.95 renewal if you go year by year or 19.95 a year if u take the 5 year one
that the info i got from calling the number
have a good day

I'll give you my guess what has happened. And it is obviously only a guess. Buried in this section somewhere, I did some test calls a while ago, from different phone numbers and received different automated quotes. I see that PoorMan ordered his on June 9. I'm guessing that they changed their mind on the pricing and didn't get all their recordings changed. I would suspect that now they all give the higher price. I will probably do some playing with it later in the week to see if the lower price is still available.scotty200 wrote:you are totally right Nailgunner on that point i am as interested as you are to find out but look like he lucked out if he did get it at that price
got to love danlol
