Is majicjack blocking google voice?

I have been using Google voice for the past 3 years to forward calls from a local GV number to our MJ number and it has been working for the past 3 years but as of last month I am not able to receive calls from my GV number. I am trying to figure if the problem is GV not forwarding to my MJ or is MJ blocking GV. My Google voice forwards just fine to my cell phone. Anyone have any ideas.

I am having the exact same issue, all of a sudden GV will not call my MJ phone for the purposes of calling a number. It allowed me to call phone numbers that MJ does not have agreements with and now I cannot do that anymore.

I just tried calling my mJ # with my GV # and it rang the phone attached to my mJ. So it must not be all GV #s are being blocked.

Suddenly on Friday it started working with my MJ number again. Go figure.

Very confused about how GV and MJ work together. Best I can figure, it's not consistent. Sometimes MJ voicemail picks up, sometimes it doesn't.

If MJ is off, and therefore the phone connected to it at home is not available, the MJ voicemail picks up so fast it doesn't let GV ring through to my cell phone. But then, sometimes it does.

I can't see a pattern in this.

I wish I could simply disable MJ voicemail, but MJ won't allow that.

Any ideas?
