I have taken for 3 years subscription. But I didn't use it frequently. Today I want to make call. It says that it has been deactivated. Could you please investicate my issue ASAP? My email id is same for profile too.

we cant help you here as you told us it been deactivated what i would suggest is chat with mj tech chat and find out why they deactivated you my it was by mistake i personally have not herd that they wold deactivate for under use but who knows with mj now if you over used it then they wold deactivate it

Per the TOS in the "proper use" section:
"We reserve the right to reclaim any telephone number that does not make a call for a consecutive 90 days. In the event that we reclaim a phone number and your software license is still active, you may choose another phone number."
If you went that long without making a call, that is one possibility of what happened. If it is, it sounds like your account is still active with no phone number. In any event you do need to see what customer service has to say like Scotty said.

Thanks foryour reply. Now I understood.Now my question is I have paid for 3 years service. Even though I am not using it,still I should have the service for the stipulated contract. WHY THEY ARE ASKING MONEY? Noone is in CHAT to help me.

If it was me, I would go back to chat and ask them to tell me EXACTLY why I can't make calls. If they say it's because they took back the number for non-use, I would point out that the TOS say they will give you another number, and there is no mention of being charged for it.
If it's for something else, post as detailed an explanation as you can in here and I'm sure you will get an opinion or two if it makes sense or if it sounds like b/s.
Edit: How much are they asking you to pay? If it's $10, that is what they charge to change your phone number. So it's possible that they may consider giving up and then later getting a new number the same thing as changing your number, so you may get stuck with the $10 to get your service back.
