Today I get "invalid serial number"

Post by donnybb »

I renewed my MJ about a month ago, and today I get an error message on my TC that says, "invalid serial number". When I click "close" it takes me to the dial pad, but it says to sign in to continue, but when I do that, it takes me back to the "invalid serial number" What can I do now?

Try your MJ on another computer. If it works, you have probs with your thin client. If it still doesn't work and the symptoms are the same, try talking to the MJ Chat help people. If they can't clear the problem and you can convince them your MJ has gone bad, they'll send you another one for $10.

I tried it in my second computer and it worked just fine. I then rebooted the thin client and put the MJ back on to it, and it works fine there also.
