If I am understanding magicJack's page correctly international dialing is a separate plan than the normal one. It says something about registering or purchasing pre-paid international calling and save 95%. This info should show up somewhere on your My magicJack account page but I could be wrong about this. I have never tried to make an out-of-country call. Maybe someone else can elaborate. If you know that you are supposed to have the ability to make international calls and can't do so then I would contact them through their chat help service.

This may sound obvious so forgive me if it is but does your magicJack work for other calls?
