How do I cancel magicjack?

MJ is blocking one of the rural exchanges in my area.
It happens to be the one that most everyone here uses so MJ is doing me no good at all.

Can someone please tell me how to cancel magicjack so that they will not charge me for another year?

Just make sure auto renewal is turned off in My MagicJack, and your MJ will expire at the end of your subscription.

Bear in mind that the length of time exchanges are blocked varies widely. Could be 2 weeks. Could be forever.

Regardless, it's always a good idea to turn off the auto-renew. They will still let you know when you need to renew. When you get to within about a month of your time expiring, the ONLY message that shows up on your soft-phone is a "Your Service Will Expire Soon" message. I'm starting to miss the ad for international minutes.

Thanks for reminding me. I have an ad block in my brain. I will have to check the soft phone from time to time.
