I Can't Call But I Can Receive Calls

Hi There, I have a magicjack Regular and i tryed all Tips form Magicjack Support Tech without any success. Every Incomming Call is working fine, Every Outgoing calls do 3 Busy Beep it hangup to all numbers i call, i cannot not call my own number for voicemail. i tested on 3 different computer and it's doing same, i tryed to disable windows's firewall and connect the computer direct to modem, nothing change. I have MagicJack APP on my iphone connected on same accunt and there is no problem at all i can receive and send call.

I have also tryed all upgrade form support tech at MagicJack

So i have no idea of what to do and the support tech at magicjack too.
