Caller ID Display on screen
I have my Magic Jack hooked up to my media center which uses XBMC for Windows (7). It would be amazing if when the phone rang the caller ID would appear along the top or bottom of the screen. Has anyone seen anything like this before? I don't want the app to pop-up, just an overlay of the phone number which wouldn't affect my movie/tv show.
I get a phone number only display with a Dishnetwork HD receiver.
Directv boxes work and some cable boxes.
Someone will have to build a plugin to support caller ID extracted from the MJ softpad in XBMC for Windows 7, Good luck with that one.
Your best bet may be to contact the folks that made the program Magicfeatures plugin.

That sounds like something the MagicSilence Plugin will handle for you.
If you turn on the "Call Alert" option, a little incoming call alert window will appear in the lower right hand part of your screen with the caller's number. The full MJ dialer will continue to stay closed.
The above is how it works on a regular computer setup. Anyway you can try it out for a few days to see if it works out for your special application before you make any decisions to purchase it.
