Magic Jack Plus - dropping calls

We have had the Magic Jack Plus for a few weeks. We have 2 notebooks connected on our "Wireless" network. We use a Dlink DIR 601 router. We are finding that on occasion, the phone call just gets dropped. No indication of anything, the person on the other end is talking and then we hear nothing. We have to unplug the MJ+ and then we can reconnect the call. Any ideas? I have not tried to open the ports on the router.

I just uncovered another piece of the puzzle. We have a Lexmark X4650 wireless printer. Right now, it wouldn't print. It gave a message back to the computer that the printer was busy printing another file. I unplugged the magic jack from the router and the printer is now working! Ok, I don't know what is going on! Help!

Ok, I have done the things on the links provided. We still have problems with MJ. The phone will say that we have a connection problem and then incoming calls only go to voice mail. Somehow the Lexmark and MJ are clashing. Any other ideas? Thank you!
