MJ not working with Uverse

I had MJ working for years on AT&T DSL, recently after I upgraded to AT&T Uverse, Now I have dial tone but can’t receive calls and when dialing it adds #10306 to the number and get a dial tone.

I have had MJ working with AT&T U-verse since 2008. I just upgraded to MJ+ which is connected directly to my router (Home Portal) and it seems to be working perfectly.

It has certainly nothing to do with Uverse DSL. I have it since April and it actually somewhat improved MJ's performance.
