MJ Plus 911 logo

Tech support told me that my 911 data can not be transfered to my new MJ+. No logo at the bottom of the key pad like my standard version. They did not know when the feature would be added to MJ+. Anybody have any information on MJ+ and 911

At the bottom of my MJ account screen under "My Subscriptions" I have the following:

911 LOCATION
*The oldest device on your account with phone number (###) ###-#### controls the 911 location.

So I assume that it has to be configured through your old MJ, I only hope that it is then functional through the new MJ+.

bought a new Magicjack plus to replace my standard magicjack. I talked to magicjack's customer support and they told me the following. you have to disable the auto renew feature to cancel out your old device. Once it is cancelled out your 911 feature will move to the new device. Plus you need to disable to renewal to cancel the service on the other device so you end up with only one device on your account. hope that helps you.
