I'm a little confused. Is there a way to program names into the MJ+ so that it can show the name on all of the phones in the house. On my.magicjack.com it has some weird thing called My Contacts but can not find anything that explains what it does.

You can buy an add on from http://www.pcphonesoft.com/ called MagicFeatures which will do that and more.
Some newer phones will show the name if it is in their phone book along with the number...
Your contact list in MJ is just that, a list of your contacts
