Chat with MJ online support and have them reset your voice mail. After that is done your password will go back to 1 2 3 4 and you will have to redo your outgoing message.

EVERY time I contacted support with a voice mail problem ( at least 3 or 4 times) they have always reset it on their end, same with others here in this forum . So I have no idea what is going on with your VM. I have to believe you are doing something wrong on your end.

Good luck.......

I have been in touch with them 4 times and still no mailbox, this the last time I t talk to them on 12-8-2011 and get the same answer.

Zerah: As I have checked it here your issue is already being reviewed by our engineers at this time, once they will come up with a resolution an email notification will be sent on your email mailbox.

Zerah: Please extend your patience, rest assured that the issue is being looked into at this time.

Bill : Boy I hope it doesn't take long,I haven't had a mailbox for almost a week.

I am not sure what the heck they are doing as every time I have contacted them and asked to have my VM reset, they did it while I was chatting..
I would keep trying as someone there has no idea what the heck they are doing!!!

I am one step away from putting both of the mj and mj+ in the driveway and running them over with the car.I spent 2 hours on chat and 4 people and now I can't even receive phone calls only outgoing.Well I hope they do something over the weekend.Bill :)

Well there is a good chance they made you do stuff on your PC to get your VM to work. They tried that with me one time and I told them I could put my MJ in a box in my closet and it would have no effect on VM since it is on THEIR server, idiots. They then just reset it for me and it worked fine.
All I can say is to start from scratch and run the Mj remover tool from their web page and install them again and hope for the best.
