Sound volume on headset too low on majicJack Plus

Sound volume on headset too low on majicJack Plus, connected on rooter
and phone is set to highest volume, how can I fix this? I did run the update
on USB mode did not fix it? is there a way to save settings on the majicJack Plus

I plugged my mJ+ into the computer, clicked the soft phone Menu button and selected Volume/Headset Control... I pushed both sliders to maximum, then ejected the Plus and put it back on the router.

My perception is that the headset volume is not as loud as other VoIP phones or the original mJ. So either the circuitry is to blame or the AC adapter provides a little less electric pressure to make the sound. It's usable, but I noticed it.

Maybe we have an issue to discuss.

My MJ+ volume is what it should be over USB, however, using the hadset is nearly unbearable. I have increased the volume level in every area of my computer... the MJ app and the sound properties in WIN7. I can't find a solution either. Everything worked great on the original MJ. I really regret "upgrading".

Any suggestions on what I should try?
