Low volume

I am using a MagicJack plus with a 2 x 2,66 GHz Dual-Core Intel Xeon MacPro (Desktop). Everything is working as expected except for the volume that is very low. It makes usual conversations difficult to carry. As for the voice mail messages the volume is so low that I cannot hear them at all.

I set the maximum volume for both the headset and the telephone.

Is there a solution?

I have the same issue. After wasting over an hour with MJ support, on the phone, I was told there is no remedy for the low volume issue.
