Connecting Magic Jack Plus to modem

I ordered the MJ+ in order to be able to connect to the internet WITHOUT having to connect to my computer.

I found out that the only available socket on my modem is the small square printer type plug (anybody got a name for that plug?).

I've been trying to find a cable with that plug on one end, and an ethernet plug on the other. I believe this end is called an RJ45.

First question: Is there an adaper cable like this?
Second question: Will it work for Magic Jack Plus?

Purchase a Router and connect it to your Modem in order for you to have More Available Etherenet cords for you to plug your Computer and magicJack plus to.
