Outlook Express 6 Inoperative with Magic Jack

This may or may not be related, but the day Magic Jack was installed is the last day my Outlook Express has worked properly. On that day I show only two emails, and were cc'd to me 10 times for each one. I have tried unplugging MJ and tried to manually operate OE to get my emails. After about 20 minutes the window shows 211 emails and are retrieving, but stops soon with an error message. I have not been able to see an email since January 4, installation day. My Gmail account is unaffected.

Perhaps the mj install clobbered your settings. Are you able to use IE? With a little luck all you will have to do is delete your temporary internet files.
