MJ+ new user, could not add balance for international calls.

I clicked on the "ADD CREDIT" for the International Dialing. It looked like it process through and at the end it says will charge my credit card for the amount I selected to add to the balance.

But it came back to the main page and still showing zero balance.

And when I try to dial international it says I have zero balance.

I did this twice within 2 weeks. same results.

Really need to dial International.

Anybody knows what seems to be the problem? Please help.

hi i wold contact mj tech chat and ask them why it not going threw as we cant help with this here other then other tech stuff hope this kinda helps

Good for you ! There are far better and/or cheaper international long distance providers than MJ. You can still use the MJ dongle, you just connect to a different provider.
