issues renewing

I live in Australia but have a USA visa/debit card,and unable to have an American Mailing address for it because I'd never get the mail.I had tried to renew my license with 2 different CC all to no avail and when I finally managed to contact a person on the phone was told it has to be done using a USA credit card with a USA address, and needed to ask a family member to renew for me, so I asked my daughter who gave me her details and still it has not renewed my license. What's up with that? Anyone else having payment issues? If it doesn't get resolved I'll have 2 choice's......Admit being defeated by magicJack and have my daughter send me a new one or go back to using a prepaid phone card from over here.
Also what's up with only accepting the payments in the USA??? magicJack is used world wide yet their system can only accept payments form the USA???

I am kind of puzzled because I know people who have foreign credit cards with a foreign address and they renew their MJ without any problems.
However, why do you want to renew that desperately? there are other inexpensive alternatives to MJ.

they are offering a 5 year plan that would save me $30. which sure it doesn't sound like alot to some but in the long run in the scheme of life it is.

btw i spoke to a live person on the phone and they told me i couldn't use either of the cards, and to get some one from back home to give me their details, so my daughter gave me hers and it still didn't work.
I have also spoke to a guy from nettalk just a few minutes ago and he said their system would work using a prepaid visa card because it doesn't require a usa address.
