I talked to support and they have done there crazy stuff move mj to usb. Run this update run that. Now i have been esclated to Engineering. it start this morning when every someone calls my Mj+ number they get a busy tone or any recording saying can not route your call error 41613. On my side it rings but no one is there when i pick up. I did some testing and the error or beeping happens before it even rings in my house.
Any ideas?

same story with my - canadian number - used to work fine

caller gets busy signal right away
mj customer service send it to their engineers
