No Incoming calls on Canadian Numbers

I have 4 MagicPlus subscriptions, 2 use Florida area codes, the other 2 use Montreal area codes, one of which is an iPhone 4s running the MJ app. All 4 are set to make AND receive calls and all worked ok up until today, Jan 31-2012. When a call is made to either of the Canadian numbers the caller immediately gets a fast busy, even if I try to answer. Even call forward or voicemail fail on these Canadian numbers. The 2 MJ+ set to Florida numbers work fine. Finally I got fed up and spent the $10 to change one of the MJ+ with Canadian numbers to a Florida number just to rule out tech issues and it works perfect! So nothing wrong with the MJ+ or internet or router or whatever, there is some wrong with the Canadian numbers.

they send it to their Engineers - hopefully they will come up with a fast solution.
used to work fine and BANG today Jan 31st 2012 the caller gets a busy line after the first ring.
So somehow Canadian numbers do not work - some do - others don"t
ONLY for incoming calls - outgoing works fine

I am having the same issue. I just spent 25 minutes online with support and they said they have to forward it to their engineers.
I use this line for business so I do hope they get it sorted soon.

Outgoing calls are fine. I am in Mississauga, Ontario Canada.

hi all same thing here for most of the day but now it seams to work again so my be something happened to just the Canada in bound service network truble hope it stays working now! to all who are having this trouble keep us posted as to if yours is working or still not working
