Certain phone numbers can't hear me

Hi! I am new here, stumbled upon here while trying to find a solution to an issue with my Magic Jack. When I make calls to certain people, I can hear them but they cannot hear me at all. They can call me just fine. These are just regular house phone numbers, nothing distinguishable about them as far as I know. And it's always just certain numbers.

The only reason I posted this LINK is because I spent hours attempting to fix it before I got someone on chat who finally filled me in on the UPGRADE ...
Anyone whom feels more comfortable with downloading from their OFFICIAL SITE, just type UPGRADE in the SEARCH BAR & go from there!

No need to get upset. Just need to be careful what you click on nowadays. It was in no way a personal attack against you. Let's not get crazy and start throwing LOL's all over the place. We're all adults here.

So after 13 days of fiddleing around i am now able to talk to the peaple i had trouble with i could hear them but they could not hear me!

Solution: my magicjack came with a usb wire for extention i took that out and plugged the magicjack directly into my usb port and that solved my problem hope this helps some els
