I was on with chat for FOUR HOURS TODAY! I have No dial tone, No incoming ringing but I can make calls on the screen and hear it on the phone. THe service was SO INSANELY TERRIBLE. My hands hurt from typing in all caps. losing my mind . any suggestions!!!!??
I did the upgrade, and every other little trick they have that doesnt work. does anyone have any suggestions? Help! I am on an Imac about a year old or less. Not using the extension cable. doesnt work with 4 different phones, cordless and not. thanks all.
