Loud Beeping When Getting Incoming Call While On The Phone

I've only been using MJ+ for about a week now. So far, so good. My wife was on the phone yesterday and said that there was a loud beeping sound that started. The beeping was so loud and annoying, that she had to hang up on the call that she was on and call them back. We later tested the phone out with our cells and figured out that we were getting an incoming call while she was on the phone. Is there anyway to turn this feature off and just have the call go to voicemail?
