Keeping old phone number in Canada?

Am I allowed to keep current phone number in Canada, or have to get new one?

There is currently no number porting in Canada... I would also suggest you have a look at the numbers for your area before you run out and purchase one

Did you mean you have a Magic Jack and want a new
Magic Jack Plus?

If you're upgrading to MJ Plus, you can keep
the same number as your old MJ

Spider - can you clarify ? If you have current phone# registered to original MJ and you want to use it with MJPlus ? That can be done with no issue.

If you have a Canadian cell phone# or landline and you want to buy MJPlus and port that number over, it's currently not possible.
