Calls to Canada can't hear me

I called from San Diego (858) to Montreal (514) and the person on the other end can't hear me. But I can hear them fine. Is there a fix for this?

None of the fixes worked so the MJ engineers are working on it. This is the first time I ever had a problem with MJ after 4 years. I hope they can fix it because I need to call Canada daily. If they cant fix it I'll have to dump MJ and find another service

Oh well the problem is still there but I found a temporary fix. If I shut down the MJ app I can make the calls to Canada through Google Voice without any problems. There is no dial tone but when I press 'Call" from Google Voice the calls always go through loud and clear

When you call through google voice, do you actually use the google voice service or are you fwd your calls to your magic jack? I have to fwd my calls to my magic jack to call AK, and I've been the same problem as you for about 4 days now. I don't know what's happening, but it's infuriating, I'm in Afghanistan and it was working perfectly for a year, then all of sudden my wife can't hear me when I call. Thank you.

Yes I had to fwd the calls from the Google Voice number to the MJ number. Then log in to your Gmail account. Then click on the phone app on the left side to get the dial pad. The MJ app has to be shutdown for the calls to work. I still cant call directly to Canada without Google Voice. This looks like a problem thats gonna takes months to fix
