Can't get into my account.

I've had magic jack for a couple of years. Now I can't get into my account because either the userid or password is incorrect. When I try help with my password I get a forum screen. I got into some screen where I could get help is I accepted a payment of $38. No Way!! Unless someone can contact me at my email, and you do have it, then just refund my money and I'll disconnect. There are several numbers I can't reach with magic jack anyway. This is the worst customer service I have ever gotten anywhere! There is no way to call you that I can find.

I just logged into www.my.magicjack.com and accessed my account with no problem and never asked for any money.
EIther you typed in the wrong web address are you have Malware on your PC redirecting you to someplace other than MJ.
Oh and since this is an UNOFFICAL Magic Forum ( says so in the upper left part of the page), the "YOU" in your no way to call you statement is a moot point as there is no "YOU" here...

i had a short cut to login before and had same problem. i finally figured how to login. i didnt use the shortcut and just went to www.magicjack.com then click on the login tab and enter your info andit should work for u. it worked for me. hope this helps

www.my.magicjack.com is the best way to login to your MJ online account. It will always work.
