Calling from overseas to a country other than the USA

I will be in the Philippines shortly and I know many people there make successful free calls to the U.S.
My question is: will I be able to make free calls from the Philippines to say England or Germany etc?

NO..... You can call Canada and the usa for free....

UNLESS the people whom you are calling overseas also have a MJ. Then it will be just a local call...

Yes you can but you would have to buy international minutes. You would then be paying as if you were in the US and calling those countries.

With MJ, you can use any international provider you choose. For example, you vcan use your MJ line to call through Localphone.com. You do not need to buy the overly expensive MJ international minutes.
